Remember Me Review

Remember Me
By: Romily Bernard

In the sequel to Find Me, Wick Tate, sarcastic teen hacker, is back and once again dealing with criminals and corrupt cops…and a brooding new love interest. Will Wick persevere when some secrets refuse to stay hidden?

Wick had thought her troubles were over.

But she should’ve known better.

Not only is she embroiled in a new murder case, which starts with a body with “Remember Me” carved into it and doesn’t stop there, but she also discovers new evidence surrounding her mother’s suicide…which leads her right back to her imprisoned deadbeat dad. And she has to deal with her flirty new hacker friend, Milo, sniffing around—which her boyfriend, Griff, isn’t too happy about.

The pressure might be too much as secrets—including Wick’s own—climb to the surface.

Remember Me is an edge-of-your-seat thrilling read that’ll have readers turning the pages at lightning speed! The paperback of Find Me is on sale simultaneously, and a digital original novella from Romily, featuring Griff, is on sale just a few weeks before!

Somehow I think I always knew I’d get arrested. I just never expected it to happen during Home Ec.

I just don't know how to put into words how amazing this book was!! It was thrilling and suspenseful. I craved reading it, to the point I found myself drifting in and out just day dreaming of what was going to happen.

Griff and Wick are just as lovely in Remember Me, if not more, than in Find Me. There is just something about Griff that makes me totally swoon, and boy do I swoon hard for him. Wick is just.. she's soo.. Gosh she is just so bad ass!! I seriously love the Sh*& right out of her. She is such a strong character that her walls that surround her are hard to crack. Even though there are little fissures that are threatening to bring her whole facade down around her feet, she fights tooth and nail to keep everything together. I love that about her. She is such a fighter, and never for herself. She's fights for her sister, for Griff, for her mother, anyone but herself. I can't wait to see what is going to happen to her next, I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see who is going to fight and protect her. I'm sure we are all willing to bet it will be Griff but then there's Myles.. Bahaha oh Myles! (I can't wait to see him get his own story.. Pretty Please Romily!!)

Griff lunges for him. “The hell are you doing here?”

“Saving your girlfriend’s ass.” Milo inspects Griff’s grip on his Tshirt like it’s some sort of interesting bug. “No extra charge, by the way.”

I found Remember Me to be fast paced and unrelenting in letting me put it down. I seriously thought about it when I wasn't reading it and when I was, I was so enthralled that there was no point to try and have a conversation with me. My boyfriend, thank God!, understands this need of reading Romily's books so he left me in my own world. And what a world Romily gave me.

There’s a bite of pain on the side of my face. He’s pressing the blade into my cheek and blood runs down my skin like tears.

Around every turn there is something new that shakes Wicks world, shakes mine even. There was the main story line that was very present and kept you guessing, but along with that, we get more information regarding Wick's mother which caused a lot more mystery. So many questions that need to be answered!! I flew through every page till the very end, which is maddening because I need the next one right now!! Why couldn't I have read it more slowly?? It wouldn't have been over so soon and making me have to wait longer.. Urrgg!!! SO DARN GOOD!!!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this series!!!! I love all the twists and turns and the darkness that comes with it. It's not your fluffy teen read where boy and girl fall in love and deal with high school drama. It's filled with real bad guys who are after more then just your lunch money. These are adults who should be there to protect you and know between right and wrong. Remember Me is more about ones determination to protect those you love with every fiber of your being. To be able to stare fear in the face and over come it. To be understand the choice of love over your own fear to be loved. It's such a fun and amazing book to read, with characters that are easy to love and root for. Everything just flows so smoothly with dark underlays which is one thrilling ride. GO READ THIS SERIES!!! I LOVE it soo much and need someone to vent with!!!!

Another kiss. This one’s hard and fast. By the time my fingers curl into his chest, it’s done.

He’s turning away.

..... My heart rips open for Wick... Please I need the next book now!!

I did a little casting of my own. This is how I picture them in my head, but it always differs to everyone else.

I know that she is Blonde but I can't help but picture her as Brunette.. When I find a good Blonde photo I will post that one (I'm a little short on time right now)

Please, if you read this series, don't hesitate to send me a message.. I'm dying to talk to someone about all the twists and turns! Its soo soo sooo good!! I can't say that enough!!! I'm craving to read it...AGAIN... I've lost count how many times I've read it! =)
